Marriage license fee not included in the above quoted price. We do issue the licenses same day.
Effective 05/22/10 the Camden County Probate Court marriage license fee is $76.


What Do I need To Bring?

*You must be 18 yrs. Of age or older to obtain Marriage License at this facility.  If you are under 18 yrs.
Must go to Probate Office in Woodbine*

Valid Driver’s License or Valid Picture I.D.
(Ex. Military ID or Passport)
Social Security Card
Certified Divorce Decree (if applicable)
Death Certificate (if applicable)
**If you do not have SSC, DD or DC, we have affidavits
On site you may complete if elligible**
